Customer Satisfaction

At Blooms By Abi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whilst our orders normally run smoothly, mistakes can occasionally happen, and, when they do we will do everything in our power to fix the situation. If you are not fully satisfied with your items or buying experience, please contact us and let us know as we appreciate all feedback and are eager to improve.

Quality Assurance

If the product arrives damaged or not matching the website description, we will offer a full refund if proof of purchase and a photo clearly illustrating the issue is provided within 48 hours of delivery. If the products are disposed of without any photographic evidence, then we cannot provide a refund. Please also note that all flowers and colours in our fresh products are subject to availability, and seasonality, therefore sometimes substitutions may be necessary. Any substitutions which are made will be of equal or greater value than the original items.

We offer a day freshness guarantee on all of our fresh items, and if this standard is not met we will refund your order, as long as photo evidence is provided.

Delivery Policy

We cannot guarantee a delivery date as delivery service is provided through a third-party company, however we will strive to get your products delivered as fast as possible. If your delivery arrives 3 days later than the delivery date provided by the delivery company, then we will refund your delivery fee. Please note that this policy doesn’t cover you if there is an issue which is out of our control, including the wrong delivery address being inputted, missing the delivery, and items going missing if left in a “safe place”. For delivery areas which are difficult to reach, kindly contact us and provide us with any necessary additional information.
